STAND: University of Montenegro Workshop on WP6. Quality Plan

On September 15-16, the University of Montenegro hosted the workshop on STAND WP6. Quality Plan to discuss the Quality Assurance Report and other project activities.

 

The first day started with welcoming remarks from the Rector of the University of Montenegro, Prof. dr. Vladimir Bozovic. It continued with an introduction speech on the project’s aims by prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa. The session was followed by a presentation on the University of Montenegro’s background.

 

The main session of the day was moderated by the WP6 coordinator, prof. dr. Jelena Djokic and consisted of the Quality Assurance Plan and the review of Annexes. Participants who were present and those who joined online discussed in detail annexes of the report and received feedback from prof. Djokic in several aspects of the report. They thoroughly discussed/reviewed and were guided through all sections, including work package self-assessment, partner self-assessment, review of deliverables, work progress, project quality evaluation form, and internal quality evaluation form. At the end of the day, based on the discussions and feedback provided by all parties, partners expressed that the information provided was useful for completing the report; on the other side, the coordinator will take into consideration remarks that were made and improve performance where needed.

 

The second day was dedicated to a project management meeting and preparations for the mid-term report. The session was led by the IBC-M project coordinator, prof. Dr. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa presented all project work packages in detail, including the Development of University Autonomy Scorecard, Enhancement of university governance for promoting autonomy, Upgrade of national and university regulations, Technical Infrastructure Modernization and Update, as well as Dissemination and Exploitation of the project. Participants who were present and those who joined online discussed and reported one by one all project activities, those completed and the ongoing ones, and talked about the planned activities for the next stages of the project. The timeline of the project was updated, and dates for the upcoming project visits in program countries were suggested. Since the mid-term report of the project is approaching, in the end, partners were informed about what is expected from their side, what the coordinator is in charge of, deadlines, and all other details.
